About Us
Background
Sexuality for All is a registered charitable organization in Hong Kong (91/19029), founded in 2018 by a group of professionals from the Sexualities Research Program at The Education University of Hong Kong. We are committed to promoting inclusive and evidence-based sexuality education and counselling services.
Our team consists of professionals who are passionate about gender/sexuality issues. Through rigorous research, we develop locally and culturally relevant studies on gender and sexual diversity. We believe that through education and dialogue, we can plant the seeds of diversity, equality, and inclusion in society.
Mission and Approach
We embrace diversity and respect each individual’s unique needs and life experiences. Our approach to sexuality education is grounded in three core values: diversity, equality, and inclusion. We believe sexuality education must accommodate and respect differences in gender, sexual orientation, identity, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, and special needs—empowering everyone to confidently access relevant knowledge and skills.

Professional Team
Dr. Diana Kwok is an Associate Professor at the Department of Special Education and Counselling, The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). A registered social worker, mental health counsellor, expressive arts and sex therapist, she also provides supervision in social work, sex therapy, and counselling. She has worked in Hong Kong and the U.S. in schools, families, mental health, LGBTQ+, and sex counselling services. She conducts training workshops and clinical supervision on mental health and gender diversity issues for teachers, social workers, counsellors, and sex therapists across various institutions and government departments.
Dr. Kwok’s research focuses on youth sexuality education, gender diversity, and sex therapy. She also works on sexuality education and mental health among ethnic minorities and SEN students. Her research is published in local and international journals.
Dr. Eleanor Cheung is a counselling lecturer at EdUHK, passionate about teaching counselling and sexuality education. A certified counsellor with the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, she serves various LGBTQ+ groups and has long participated in gender equality and LGBTQ+ community service projects.
Dr. Cheung spent over a decade studying and working in the UK and Canada and has deep experience with multiculturalism. She has a background in media and has applied cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in UK prison rehabilitation. Her doctoral research explored gender identity among transgender individuals in Hong Kong. Her work also covers topics such as gender-affirming surgery and Chinese migrant sex workers.
Dr. Barry Lee is a registered counsellor and counselling lecturer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in multicultural counselling and mental health support. He is a registered counsellor (HK & UK) and social worker (HK), holding a PhD in Masculinities (HK), MS in Counselling (Aus. & UK), and a BA in social Work (HK & UK). His education and training deepen his understanding of social complexities and enhance his cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
Dr. Lee has served as a counsellor for institutions in both HK and the UK, including the University of London, EdUHK, Mind, and Talk Therapy. He is committed to supporting marginalized groups such as people living with HIV, LGBTQ+, individuals with disabilities, and new immigrants by offering tailored counselling services and promoting inclusion and personal growth.
